Community Forward

Our research is guided by the people of Flint. We work to make sure all findings are accurate, easy to understand, and focused on what matters most to the community.

What Do We Know About Cancer in Flint?

Some studies have looked at cancer in Flint, but many questions remain—especially about how the environment may play a role. The FC3 feasibility study will take a deeper look into cancer incidence and types, building on what we know and exploring how environmental factors may contribute to cancer patterns in the community. As we move forward, the FC3 team will share updates here so everyone can stay informed.

The results from this study will help decide if a larger, more detailed cancer study is needed and, if so, how it should be planned to best help Flint residents.
